Shipping and payment
Shipping with parcel service
All purchasable items are shipped by the parcel service provider DPD. This shipping method is automatically activated during the ordering process.
For jars, a postage flat rate of €8.50 net will be charged per packaging unit (in Germany except islands). Closures are treated the same, but note that up to 10 bags can fit in a carton.
From the WebShop we can currently only deliver in Germany. If you are ordering from abroad, please use the contact form or the inquiry basket. Import/export fees, customs clearance and other fees must be borne by the recipient of the goods.
Shipping by freight forwarder
This applies to all inquiry items as well as goods that are at risk of breakage beyond the usual extent. The prices depend on the total weight and the delivery address. You can have us offer you the respective forwarding costs by placing all the desired items in the inquiry basket and completing the process.
Self pickup
Collection from our warehouse in Hamburg is possible. Please order at least 2 days in advance.
Storage times: Monday - Thursday from 07:00 - 15:00, Friday from 07:00 - 13:00
Payment Methods
Instant purchases in the WebShop are processed exclusively via PayPal. If you would like a bank transfer or cash on pickup, please contact us.
